Schedule an Appointment: Existing Patients

 

If you are an existing patient, you can schedule an appointment on the patient portal. If you would like to change a scheduled appointment, please let me know by phone or email. If you'd like to select the rescheduled time yourself,  you can make a new appointment on the portal and then let me know to cancel the one that was originally scheduled. Follow up visits generally last 15 to 20 minutes. If it is more convenient for you, you can choose to conduct your visit by video from your home or office.
